Because many of our products are handmade and customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Please note:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition if a return is approved.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
